Background of the Study

San Fernando is a first class component city in the Philippine province of Pampanga, of which it is the provincial capital. The regional centre of Central Luzon (Region III),  the City of San Fernando is home to two(2) Public Markets, thirty nine(39) Banks, forty eight(48) Lending Institutions (investors), thirty eight(38) Pawnshops, seventeen(17) Gasoline Stations, three(3) Movie Houses, thirty nine(39) Public and Private Schools, seven(7) Hospitals, thirteen(13) Dental Offices, nine(9) Hotels, twenty eight(28) Drug Stores, seven(7) Disco Clubs, six(6) Foreign Exchange Firms, fifteen(15) Garment Factories, Twenty Four(24) Groceries, seven(7) Supermarkets, Forty Two(42) Insurance Companies, sixteen(16) Security Agencies and seventy(70) Restaurants and Fast Food Chains such as Jollibee, McDonald's, Mr. Donut, Greenwich, Shakey’s, and Chowking. As we observe the city has many restaurants that the visitors in the city can come, if you come in this city you need first to know the available restaurants hotel and places that can visits.

In our modern technology nowadays people do not need to go first in this city to know all the places that can go and all food or products that the city have. Internet or Website is the one source of knowing what the city. Seventy (70) Restaurants were established in the city, many of these restaurants are not yet popular, and some of this restaurant use social media to promote business but limited information is given to the customers in this kind of advertising.
