EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT dated this 1st day of March, 2016

BETWEEN:

DRX Ltd. of 123 Penny Lane, Kitchener, ON N2M3N4

(the "Employer")

- AND -

Shirley Wu of 84 Wilson Ave, Kitchener, ON N9P3F1

(the "Employee")

In consideration of the matters described and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement parties agree as follows:

Commencement Date and Term

The Employee will begin permanent full-time employment with the Employer on the 1st day of March, 2016 (Commencement date).

The Employee must successfully complete a probationary period of three (3) months (the 'Probationary Period') beginning on the Commencement Date. At any time during the Probationary Period, as and where permitted by law, the Employer will have the right to terminate employment without any notice or compensation to the Employee other than wages owed for hours of work already completed (including applicable commission).

Place of Work

The Employee's primary place of work will be at the following location:

123 Penny Lane, Kitchener, ON N2M3N4.

Job Title and Description

The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as a Investment Advisor. The Employee will be expected to perform following job duties:

Employee must be currently recognized by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a registered Investment Advisor

Meet all the requirements of the Ontario Securities Commission for Investment Advisors.

Develop and meet sales and service objectives ($5,000,000 annually) by delivering service initiatives to clients which includes, but is not limited to, working independently by analyzing the client book and identifying potential business opportunities

Develop business through DRX Ltd. existing clients by using proactive selling and marketing techniques, including but not limited to telemarketing, networking, seminars and community involvement.
