Introduction

Computer shop business is one of the most in demand businesses here in Aklan. Nowadays, internet cafes are really in demand because of the fast changing technology that the people embraced just like here in the Philippines. Some have their own laptops and bring it tocoffee shops so that they could relax and at the same time prepare their assignments and paper works. The people today are very busy and would want to do their jobs in a beautiful and innovative environment that could satisfy their needs and lessen their stress due to busy schedule.

II.ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

1.Organization

There are persons involved behind the business success. The persons needed in order for this business organization to be successful are the business manager, computer technician, service crew, janitor and cashier.

The business manager is the one who is responsible for the system of the business, he is the one who handles the business, keeping it productive The computer technician is the one responsible for fixing the computers incase it got damaged. The service crew are the ones responsible for the serving of foods and drinks. The janitor is responsible for making the internet café always clean. The cashier is the one who records and collects payment from a customer after renting or using the computer and customers who ordered food.

Each of these person is very important and each of them has a big role in the project. They all have the skills and the capability to make this project a success.
