* What are some things Abhey can do to complete his duties on his own more easily?

Some things that I believe Abhey could do to help complete his duties on his own more easily is study over all of his notes from his English class he is taking. He can practice writing emails and letters in his spare time so he gets the practice of how things should be worded and written. Instead of having another coworker stop what they are doing to proofread his emails he can use the proofreading and grammar check that is typically available in most email applications. By doing this it prevents the other workers from having to stop what they are doing to help Abhey with his proofreading.

* Do you feel that the supervisor should be informed that Abhey has not yet developed his business writing skills and that others are helping him? Explain.

In my opinion yes I think the supervisor should be informed that Abhey is struggling with his writing and language skills and other members of the team have been trying to help him develop them. I think the supervisor should be aware because then maybe he could do other things in the company that does not include having to write letters or emails until he can complete the English class. Supervisors should be there to help and assistance their employees and if the supervisor was aware of this issue they could find ways to help Abhey. The supervisor could work with him one on one with the English language which would also benefit Abhey in the English class as well. Supervisors in my experiences are there to make sure the employee succeeds. Therefore I believe that yes the supervisor should be informed about the issues and struggles so they can help.
