What we are going to do to promote our product is that we are going to advertise a lot during sporting events. During football games we are going to have commercials for our product to promote our helmets. We were thinking of doing this because our product is a football helmet and the majority of people who watch football games have played or are currently playing football. This would work because large amounts of people watch football. Throughout the first five weeks of the NFL, Sunday night football averaged nearly 22 million viewers. This was the most viewers for Sunday night football in almost sixteen years, so the viewer ship for football games is increasing and spreading to a much larger market now. We think that this would increase the popularity and spread the word about the helmet immensely as there is an enormous amount of new consumers that we can reach by putting advertisements during these games. If we make commercials that the people watching the football games can relate to, then we will definitely attract them to our helmet and have them buy our product. We have a really good product and a strong consumer basis already, but not many people know about all of the great attributes and benefits that the helmet has and can give to the player. We believe that the key to increasing the knowledge of our target consumers is by having better and more advertising and the best way to reach our main consumers is by having these commercials during the National Football League games. Another reason why we would want to advertise during the football games is because our main consumers are the male population. The majority of the people who watch the National Football League games are mostly men. In fact, the number one viewer of National Football League games is an adult male, which is who our product is directed towards. The Riddell Revolution helmet is for men because men’s football has a much larger following and participation rate than women’s football does....
