ExxonMobil publicly known Exxon is an America worldwide enterprise specialized in oil and gas, currently was ranked as 5th publicly traded companies having greatest market capitalization and 8th largest company based on their revenue. The corporation was concerned in an exceedingly immense dispute relating to the denial of climate change. Thus, ExxonMobil engaged in lobbying, funded scientific research and advertising that some of that were carried out with the fundamental goal being of delaying widespread acceptance and action on global warming.

There were a few significant events leading up to the whole climate change controversy of Exxon Mobil. These events were the trigger events that led to denial of climate change controversy facing Exxon Mobil, starting in 1970’s when Exxon Mobil first funded and formed research teams doing research at university in fact they even partner with university and the government because at that time Exxon understand very quickly if fossil fuel combustion was contributing to rising carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and it was lead to increased temperatures down to the road that government probably take action to reduce fossil fuel consumption and reduce the threat to economics agriculture country. In the end of the research, it show that that fossil fuel combustion do really contributed particular risk to the society in term of climate changes.

In the end of the 1980, ExxonMobil came up with the plan against the climate change report which was funding and leading the climate change denial in order to dismissal the fact that fossil fuel combustion was increasing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. ExxonMobil confidently convince the people that climate change is not a current issue resulted in delayed of world respond to the climate changes issue once again.
