ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First of all, I would like to express my deep sense of gratitude to Mr. Rupesh N.

Kinekar, Co-founder & Vice president-Marketing, Anthem Cellutions for providing me the

opportunity of pursuing my internship in the Quality Control department as part of the final

semester curriculum. I am grateful for the trust placed upon me and accepting my training

request without any delay.

I would like to thank Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Manager, Quality control department,

who permitted me to be a part of his team and assigned me a role in the laboratory. Special

thanks to Mr. Santosh and Mr. Raghavendra, under whose able guidance I have completed

my training. I’m immensely grateful to them for providing a very agreeable environment of

learning.

I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to Mrs. Hiralben Panchani for being

an excellent mentor and for her trust, patience, and continuous encouragement during the

training period.

I am also grateful to all the staff members of QC department , who were very cooperative and tried to provide as much information as they could enabling me to gain

knowledge on various aspects.

Finally I would like to thank my college, Indian Institute of Crop Processing

technology for encompassing an internship program in the course curriculum and my parents

for supporting me in all the endeavors. Above all, I thank the Almighty for being with me

throughout the period.

INTRODUCTION

product line and customer technical support to the domestic and overseas market for various

industries, ranging from paper, grain processing, beverages, textiles, baking, animal feed,
