Minorities being unfairly treated by law enforcement.
2. What is your narrowed topic?
Targeted minorities (Who are they?)

Are all minorities targeted by law enforcement?

I am narrowing my topic to whether the targeted minorities are juvenile or adults. Also, if they are of a particular race, because all races are not targeted. I would like to discuss what are some of the triggers for the targeted actions. I narrowed my topic down based on reading from the Library.
5. What are the three key points you plan to present in support of your narrowed topic?
Minorities are targeted because of race, actions, and unjust retaliation from law enforcement.
