Ans: Caddyshack Golf and Country Club and Larry lazy is the potential defendant. Caddyshack Golf and Country Club, Rodney Dangerlawn and Larry Lazy

Ans: RD will sue the defendant for negligence. In other word, he will sue each defendant for unintentional tort. Caddyshack Golf and Country Club’s are liable because it was their responsibility to check if the golf carts were safe before the customers use it. Lazy should give them more details about the cart. Speedfreak can also be charged for drinking under the influence, because he consumed alcohol before he drove. In addition, the defense may be charged with further negligence because a previous owner had complained about the vehicle being malfunctioned.

3. Do any of the defendants have a defence against RD’s action?

Ans: Yes, the defendants might say RD was drunk when he was driving which is against the law.
