The Jeter, Jackson, Guidry, and Boyer are high developing law offices presently. In order to grow their business they made an agreement to create a new position of General Manager-Operation. The firm hired Brad Howser who seemed to be very confident and appropriate to the job with an auto craft experience. As a General Manager-Operation a person was responsible for finding good relationship with customers, controlling the budget, and office operations. Howser made some improvements in the firm by expending good relation between customers and employees. Even though due to his lack of management skills, he put the firm in jeopardy. Moreover, the firm started loosing consumers and business. In addition, employees were not paying attention to their work. As a result, this made the company to close their business by loosing employees and consumers.

In order to make a company successful or admirable a person just need to make a good choice or decision. It is obvious that every companies goal is to make a profit. Due to big competition among the firms it is tough to keep a profitability. Thus, companies should implement new strategies and ideas in order to generate more profit and sustain profitability. It is critical for the companies to deliver customers preferences. In order to compete competition between firms or companies they need to take care of customer, to get their loyalty, to deliver their needs. To get customers loyalty is very important in order to have a good business because when consumers are satisfied they will be ready to make a business or use the firms service. Thus, all companies try to build good relationship with consumers. It is very tough to get consumers loyalty or trust in the business. It will take more time and and patience for the companies. As soon as companies have consumers loyalty and trust it will bring to the companies more profit and be compatible.
