After taking the Intelligence test at www.Intelligencetest.com it told me that my score was a 101. I do not believe that this is the most accurate result for me. I think I did fairly well considering I haven’t done any timed tests like this in about 8 years. I do feel that I would have done better had I gotten use to taking these types of tests again. With a little more practice at taking timed tests I believe I would have scored a bit higher.

I do believe that this is a decent indicator of general intelligence but it seemed to be too small of a sample to be a reliable test to measure intelligence. My gripes with the test were that it only seemed to cover math and patterns. There were not many English questions or reading comprehension questions and not having those in my opinion lessened the reliability of the answers. This shouldn’t be used as a true measurement of one’s intelligence but it should give an individual a measuring stick and prep test for standardized intelligence testing.

I believe the test was biased towards math because math was the strongest indicator of intelligence in this test. This was my belief because almost every question was math related. Whether it was a word problem or pattern, math questions dominated this test. So if the test was biased at all it was biased towards math.

I am a very competitive person so the fact that my scores were compared to others score is perfectly fine with me and it gives me motivation to know where I stand so I can aim for higher marks next time I take a test and move higher in the scores. I look forward to the next time I take an intelligence test to see how it stacks up to this one and what it says my score is.
