Re: Project Selection – Opening of Menswear clothing and accessories’ shop

This memo is with regards to a very interesting and profitable business opportunity that can be pursued, for which I am providing the project description and justification. I have identified a very good store space that in one of the busiest commercial locations in the city, where it would be prudent to establish an international themed menswear clothing and accessories shop. There is a new mall that is coming up in one of the busiest commercial locations in our city. Given that there are more than fifty offices, commercial establishments and schools in this area, there is a lot of potential for setting up a good business. The business would be a unique offering that offers high quality and huge variety of products, at a very convenient location, with friendly staff and at competitive pricing which would be a good combination for ensuring project success. Subject to your approval, I would like to come up with a project plan and project proposal for this idea covering and to end aspects of what is needed to start this, people and equipment needed, costs, key deliverables, risk management, communication plan and project budget that would help in making a decision on the project.
