Marketing Mix

Graze marketing mix is consist of the following 4P’s

Product: Graze can expand their product line by not only selling healthy food but also selling healthy drink or other type of beverage and other type of healthy snack.

Price: Based on the product per package

Place: Instead of just selling the product through online Graze can sell their product through retailers and groceries.

Promotion: Graze might using some media to promote their product like advertisement in television, newspaper, billboard and etc.

Marketing Research

Graze using two types of method when they are doing their research. First, graze using focus group. Graze form a group of people consist of 5 – 10 people who are workers then asking them a series of question about food, health awareness or how many of them could eat their favourite food at work. Second, using questionnaire to gather information from students, parents and etc. The questionnaire is about what kind of food they prefer in tea time or how much they spent normally on their food.

The following SWOT analysis looks at Graze which is operating in Healthy food industry. The analysis shows Graze's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The SWOT analysis will give you a clear picture of the business environment Graze is operating in at the present time.

• A limited customer base is a major weakness for Graze as it means they have less people to sell or market to.
