Please note that the UCTI Internal Assessment web result will be released on 20 April 2012. Your official results

will only be released after the Staffordshire University Modular and Award Boards in May 2012. Please be informed that

your official web results will be released on 8 June 2012. Please ensure that you check the web results when they are

released, otherwise you may miss a referral, after which a fail will automatically be assigned due to absence from the

referral paper.

Students MUST complete their referral exam 1 month after results release. You may check your next immediate

confirmed referral date at the webspace in exam schedule . Your official results will be issued upon request.

Your External Academic report will be released by 22 June 2012 and shall be sent by normal pos t to your permanent

correspondence address to your parents.

Your transcripts will be released by 13 July 2012.

In the event of a referral, you must ensure that the resit fee of RM80.00 is paid on time, otherwise a referral paper may

not be available on the date of the resit examination. Payments must be made one week before the examination date at

the UCTI’s Fees Counter at Level 1:

Appeals

All appeals for reassessment of your answer script must be made within 1 month after the notification of results i.e. not

later than July 2012. . Appeals must be in writing and submitted to Admin Counter during office hours together with the

appeal fee. Appeals could only be made on material irregularities and not on Academic judgement....
