Strategic Plan Part III: Divinity Nail Studio Balance Scorecard
In an effort to accomplish the business’ mission and vision, strategic objections must be monitored and measured. A balanced scorecard is the ideal format to chart each objective in a clear concise document for management review. This reading will include Divinity Nail Studio’s balance scorecard. The scorecard was developed using critical thinking and is based on the mission, vision, values, and SWOTT analysis mentioned in Strategic Plan I. Additionally, financial, client, internal process, and learning/growth are the four perspectives used to develop the strategic objectives included in the balanced scorecard. Finally, a summary is provided, which explains how each perspective relates to objectives chosen.
