Preface
We are Said Aktas and Beyza Aktas, 2 students of the IBMS course at the Fontys University for Applied Sciences. We are now in the 1st semester and during this semester; we have to write a report for the assignment of the course International Business Orientation.
For this assignment, we have chosen to write about the Multinational Company “Royal Dutch Shell Plc”. The reason for this is, to study the company, which is a big company that manufactures and sells oil and gas in 130 countries whole over the world. The reason of the choice for Royal Dutch Shell plc was that it was a strong company which established its business already whole around the world. In the report you can read about the mission and vision statement of Shell, what it does, how it operates, where it operates, the ethical issues it has to deal with and its organizational structure.

Introduction
How does a Multinational Company as Royal Dutch Shell Plc operate? To answer this question, we wrote this project to give an idea how a multinational company (in this case Royal Dutch Shell Plc) operates.
