Job satisfation plays an important role in order to succeed in any field. The job factors that are essential to be happy in any job are job security, benefits, compensation/pay, relationship with immediate supervisor and flexibility to balance life and work issues. These job factors are the key to have a happy and successful carrer in any field. All these factors would make a job just perfect!

The first and most important job factor is job security. Now day is very hard to find job even though a person with god experience, background and high education. There has been instances where a person gets lay off for any reason and at that point the employee becomes unemployed and financial problems starts to arise. Finding job security gives anyone feel of having ife under control. Benefits is the second most important job factor because anyone wants to have health insurance, dental insurance, annuities, sick leave and any type of benefits that accomodates an employee. Now days, people looks for benefits because it is expensive to have procedures or knows the importance and how expensive any medical or dental work can be. Employees want to feel that the company cares about the employee too and that is one way to show such affection. The third most important job factor is compensation or pay. Any employee would love to have a super good salary but sometimes a company pays decent salary but provides good benefits. Comepnsation is essential because no one wants to feel underpay specailly if the employee can be an asset to the company and provides excellent technical skills. The four most important job factor is maintaining a relationship with an immediate supervisor. Having excellent people skills is a must in any job but any employee should always have open communication and behonest with the supervisor.
