Introduction:
The task of purchasing a laptop for a student can be difficult to pursue. One may not know what to look for and could experience regret in selecting one computer over other alternatives.
Scope:
The following are characteristics of Harpreet:
* 17 years old

* High School Student
* No income
* Interested in music and media
* School Orientated
The expectations of the preferred laptop should be as followed:

The warranty is a key factor to look at when purchasing a new laptop, or any other electronic device. As many things can go wrong within the first few months of the purchase, getting an extended warranty is a little bit extra, but the benefits will certainly outweigh the costs. The budget set on purchasing the laptop is $500, before taxes and warranties. The figure of $500 was set by Jaspal Bains, the purchaser of the laptop.
The following figures are based from industry experts; these are the minimum specifications in which a laptop built for a student should include.
