Introduction to Entrepreneurship

Q1. Based on Barringer (2008), stresses four characteristics of Successful entrepreneurs. Detail explanation required.

First, having a strong passion in business is the key to become a success entrepreneur. The passion will help entrepreneur to overcome any obstacles or problem while they are in the process of building their business.

Second, successful entrepreneur should be product/customer focus. Entrepreneur should provide good quality product/ service to their customers. When they have a good quality product/ service, customers will remain to be their loyalty customer and the business will grow.

Third, successful entrepreneur has the tenacity despite failure. While the entrepreneur is trying to build something new, the failure rate might be high. That is why the entrepreneur must be able to go through all the ups and downs to achieve their goals.

Forth, the characteristic of the successful entrepreneur has is what we called execution intelligence. This is where the entrepreneur takes action to change the idea into a real business.
