1) Economics:

The area in which I need to develop a better understanding is The Measuring of National Output and the National Income.

The plan to accomplish better understanding of it is firstly going through the whole online Pearson’s prentice hall tutorial. This will give me a brief idea for the concerned topic. Moreover reading the economic times newspaper will help me in improving my knowledge for the Gross domestic product and its implications.

2) Accounting:

In accounting the area which I need to improve is the Accrual Accounting. It is an accounting method which measures the performance of a company by considering the economic events regardless of the cash transactions.

The plan to accomplish better understanding of the Accrual Accounting is to start reading the book of Accrual Accounting for dummies. This will give me a basic concept of what accrual accounting is all about. Moreover the prentice hall lecture notes too will be helpful in knowing what it is all about and how to proceed in it. Even the free lessons available on internet will be helpful in knowing more about the accounting method.

3) Finance:

In Finance the area I need to look into is the meaning and the measurement of the risk and return.

The plan for better understanding to how to measure the risk and the return is by going through the lecture notes and understand the formula with the calculation. Moreover I can try to apply this formula in personal life investments and can understand them better. Even the MBA has the Finance course which will help me in making my vision clear for the this.

4) Business Statistics:

The area in which I need a little brush up is the Confidence Interval Estimation of Population.
