Introduction

Special Education teachers enjoy the challenge of working with students with disabilities and the opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with them. Although helping these students can be highly rewarding, the work also can be emotionally demanding and physically draining. Many special education teachers are under considerable stress due to heavy workloads and administrative tasks. They must produced a substantial amount of paper works documenting each students progress and work under the threat of litigation against the school of district by parents if correct procedures are not followed or if the parents feel that their child is not receiving an adequate education.

To build a foundation in the life of the learners is so important, especially in teaching children with special needs. It is very challenging but meaningful to the teachers who are teaching children with exceptionalities because it is the Special Education teacher achievement when their children will learn by them. This study will focus on the demographic characteristics and the problems encountered by the Special Education teacher in teaching children with special needs. The researchers choose this study because they want to determine the different problems encountered by the Special Education teacher in teaching children with special needs and how their demographic characteristics affect the way of their teaching. This study will also consider the coping strategies in the problem that Special Education teacher encountered. In that way we will see the coping strategies that they use and how they will solve their problem.
