The penalty to be applied shall be determined as provided in Sections 190.1, 190.2, 190.3, 190.4, and 190.5. (Penal Code Section 187-199)

On the night of October 18th, Stu Dents left his apartment and was seen entering victim Uma Opee’s. Uma Opee was last seen leaving work at 5:10 p.m. Her body was found on October 19th at 7:45 a.m. behind an abandoned building about 5 miles from her residence. The victim has cloth stuffed in her mouth; her legs and arms tied with rope restraints, and had been stabbed to death. When her body was examined the coroner determined that the victim was stabbed 13 times, there were signs of struggle and DNA tests were conducted with skin particles found under her fingernails. The DNA samples matched defendant Stu Dents. While searching victim Uma Opee’s apartment, there was blood spots found on the living room carpet as well as rope particles matching the rope used to tie her up. There were also drugs found under the table known to be ecstasy and cocaine residue on the living room table. Stu Dents should be punished for the murder of Uma Opee’s and should receive life in prison with no chance of parole for his actions.
