INTRODUCTION

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is a valuable tool in reducing the crime in a certain areas. It helps as well in solving crimes and prosecute culprit. CCTV act as a deterrent for those offender may do harm, and give them an a awareness of his/her action because they are observed and recorded. The CCTV plays a major role in the reduction against crime. Our securities and local authorities can proficient to direct the dissipate minor incident before they have a chance to proliferate. An areas or building to believe have installed the CCTV are less attractive target of a culprit, and whenever to the lead the arrest and conviction of the culprit.

CCTV is maintained and funded both partnership of the local authorities and the business establishments. They are tangible to work together against any form of criminal activities that our communities may be safe. CCTV have a psychological impact to the minds of criminals because of what they perceive from the television news and read from the news paper, on the fact that other criminals being monitored and recorded from the CCTV cameras. These culprits will deter them from committing any crimes in a certain place or buildings which have a CCTV.

The minds of the public are at peace whenever they are in shopping, working or bonding with their families because they appreciate the importance of the CCTV in the prevention of the crime most especially in the areas where anti-social behavior is an issued.

The most important why CCTV play a major role in the prevention and detection of crime especially in the first class cities like Global City in Taguig, because it contributes in fighting against terrorism. We all know that they love attacking crowded places/areas and highly improve cities like the Global City in Taguig. CCTV being able to monitored and recorded suspicious behavior that gives the authorities a greater ability to stop terrorist activities in its tracts and protect the public from harm.
