Critically Analyses How Human Resource Management Contributes As A Corporation Embraces Creativity And Innovation.

Innovation and creativity has the ability to improve performance of an organization, solve problems and add value to organization, as a result of that will sample becoming a means of a competitive advantage for organization today. Human resource management have a high impact on organization innovation process as it is difficult for organization to achieve and sustain effectiveness without efficient human resource management programs and activities that create competent employees in bringing good innovation to the organization. HR department have had many of the same issues over the past decade as there have reduced staff sizes. (sanz-valle,2005).
