RECYCLING

Recycling refer to the process of collecting used materials whish are usually consider as waste and reprocessing it. In the process these used materials are sorted and processed to be used as raw materials for the production of new product. It varies from reuse because reuse just means using old product repeatedly, recycling means using the core of old products as raw materials to produce new products. Recycling help the world because we are reusing things instead of using energy to make a new things. It also helps us personally because it creates more livable space on earth.

When we throw things away in a regular thrash bin, it will be picks up and thrown into landfills. Landfills are a hole in the ground, lined with clay or a plastic, which our thrash is thrown into it. These landfills do not help decompose our thrash like compost piles. These landfills smother the decomposition process and may need up to thirty year of monitoring and manage even after the landfill site is full and been shut down. Recycling is one way to cut down the amount of thrash that we throw away and help to reduce the amount to be buried in landfills.

Things like paper, tin, metals, plastic, glass and miscellaneous item can be recycled. Paper is cellulose which in plant is fiber. By cutting down trees, grinding them, and dumping the wood pulp in acid is how the cellulose is made. Paper can be reuse by recycled it from old and used paper. Old and used paper is sent to factory where it then shredded and mashed into pulp, which is then turned back into a new recycle paper. By recycling, the cellulose is been use over and over again. This method help trees from being cut down rapidly.
