1.0 Introduction

Mr. Leonard Leong is the entrepreneur I have selected to interview for my project. He is the owner of a fitness center called Core Reactor Pt Studio, which is located in Miri Sarawak, Malaysia. He has designed this remarkable facility to target all demographics. This includes the normal person aka: Average Joe, athletes, and last but not least fitness enthusiasts. In addition, Mr. Leong also provides local fitness trainers to offer their expertise and classes to diversify Core Reactor training regimes. In this literature review I will be analyzing the succession planning process organization must consider. First of all what is succession planning? It is a method where a business guarantees that employees are employed and molded to a specific crucial role within the organization. Using the process of succession planning, an organization hires high potential recruits, to further enhance their abilities, proficiencies, and understanding to provide them with a chance to advance in to more challenging roles.

The constant development of employees through succession planning can ensure the employee can fill the needed role. When a business expands, let goes of key employees, and/or provides promotional opportunities a successful succession plan will guarantee that there are qualified employees available to fill up those roles.
