SCOPE AND DELIMITATION OF THE STUDY

These are the scope and delimitation of the system:

Scope

• Reservation by the customer is available online by filling up the reservation form.

• Customer can also make a reservation through phone or by walk-in.

• Customer can reschedule his schedule.

• Customer can choose what class of room they want.

• The system can provides a list of question according the type of room that the customers want.

Delimitation

• The system is through online.

• Customer can only pay in bank account.

• The customer message will be sent thru the e-mail of the customer within 24 hours.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

A. Educational

Education in the largest sense is any act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character, or physical ability of an individual. In its technical sense, education is the process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills, and values from one generation to another. Our reservation system will be the guide of the students to do an online reservation system. We all know that we are now in a modern world and this online reservation system will be the learning point of students who wants to learn about modern reservation. As a student we are encouraged to do this system in order to enhance students learning and meet the needs of various types of learners.

B. Technological

Nowadays technology grows and grows fast because of the expert who upgrading the gadgets or even the things that has no use, technology is there to make things useful.
