Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE) is a holding company with investments in automobile industry. Porsche SE conducts operations through an operational affiliate and a joint venture company. These include Volkswagen AG (an associate) and Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH (a joint venture of Porsche SE and Volkswagen AG). Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH holds 100% stake of Porsche AG (“Porsche automobile holding,”2012). The company along with operational companies carries out development, manufacture and marketing of sports cars, related accessories and spare parts. It also develops, designs, manufactures, and distributes all-terrain vehicles, engines and related parts. The company also provides financial and user care services which includes leasing, financing, insurance services and Porsche Card. Porsche SE is headquartered at Stuttgart, Germany (“Porsche automobile holding,”2012).
