Objectives * Given the use of magazines, glue, scissors, markers, photos and creative visualization the students will be able to create a Dream Board that contains at least 7-10 images in all areas of focus. * Upon completion of the “How to make a Dream Board” training module students will demonstrate how to creatively build a dream board and complete it within 10 minutes. Additional Information * Positive Psychology, a new branch of psychology emerged in 1998 * Positive emotional mindsets widen our range of thoughts and actions, fostering play, exploration and creativity. * Open to new ideas and new experiences. Use creative visualization Activities 1. Complete Pre- Test prior to the facilitation of the Training. 2. Make a list of your dreams or goals within the 7 areas of focus. 3. Using the scissors, cut images from magazines, past with the glue or tape and build the Dream Board 4. Complete Post-Test. 5. Volunteers may share with the group their Dream Board 6. Q & A Session of 1-3 minutes EvaluationAfter the training module and the activity are been completed, students must complete the Post-Test, included with the Handout Package. | | MaterialsThe principal material is your Attitude, Creativity and Vision!
