Case Study Analysis of Personal and Organizational Ethics and Values between For-Profit and Not-for-Profit Organizations

There are key problems related to non for-profit organizations and for-profit organizations,

both types of organization will have issues weather it is changes in the economy, changes in

technology, and changes in personal views. The organizations have to know how to approach the

solutions and implement guide lines to be on top of any of these problems. Organizations have

to operate with ethics and values so they have to be clear in their mind the organization is not a

cause to the problem. When addressing solutions to any issues they have to be done with ethics

and values. Implementing different solutions for problems in an organization is just the

beginning, there’s always a chance the solution will not work then the organization will have to

try again. I will identify problems key problems related to business ethics in non for-profit and

for-profit organizations. I will also provide solutions to key problems related to business ethics in

the two organizations.

Organizations face challenges throughout their history of existence. Organizations have to

operate and be accountable for operating and dealing with issues in an ethical and moral way.

There are different principles of morality that can be used and are affective in operating an

organization. This also allows me to reflect on my personal ethics and morals I believe in. I

believe that you should treat people as you want to be treated and everyone should be treaty

equally. The key problem in the non for-profit and for-profit organizations is running an ethical

organization. Organizations are running their company with the main focus being the executives.

The executives are at times not considering the organization as a whole....
