About exemption from payment of tuition fees: Exemption from the payment of tuition fees is dependent upon the applicant demonstrating extreme financial hardship. This application is intended to provide the Department with information regarding circumstances that may constitute extreme financial hardship. Information and supporting documentation in this application should identify circumstances which are unforeseen and exceptional and have a direct and significant impact on the parent/guardian or financial sponsor’s ability to pay student fees.

PRIVACY POLICY: This application form requests personal information about the applicant as well as the applicant’s family members and other carers. The purpose of this is to allow the Department to reach a decision regarding the application. All electronic records are destroyed once a decision on the application is finalised.
