Introduction
At the present time, information technology has conveyed an immense the lives of many people. As time passes by, the use of technology rapidly increased as well as it helps the trends to evolve fast. Many business offices, schools and companies are using technology to make their work easier and less capable of errors, Information technologies which relate to computer application that enables companies, businesses, school and offices to generates, store, program and retrieve data as when it is needed. Businesses around the globe have to take the aid of information technology in some way or other to keep them in sync with the market and the world. The information technology role is to gives a great importance which enables our work to be effectively and successfully plan, manage, execute strategies which lead to advancement. There are several departments in business organization that uses different computerized system (such as inventory, billing, payroll etc.) in ode to manufacture a well design tools to function in a precise manner, ruling the possibilities of any human error.
1.1 Background of the Study
Las Hermanas was established in 1979. The establishment existed for 33 years. They started as a sari-sari store and as time goes by the store was turned into “TUBAAN”. The owner thought of adding “DINUGUAN” and other delicacies to partner the local liquor. The people patronized and liked their product and services until their business turned popular. The owner built it into a restaurant and so they named it Las Hermanas. Before, the owner was only a Jeepney driver and his wife was the manager of their establishment. This is the only establishment in the city that existed for how many years and the only establishment that have small capital.
The existing system of Las Hermanas is manual system on Billing, Reservation, Inventory, Auditing and to their Pay-roll. The Las Hermanas has more than 60 employees. They have 57 contractual and 3...
