Specifique Environment of Airtel
Customers :
Airtel has done lot for their customers. Customer likes airtel then any other telecommunication company. It’s often offer for their customers. If they does not offer their customer, they left it anytime. For this, they offered customer cash back, bonus talk time, 45paisha par second etc. For this, customers inspired to use for their offer.
Suppliers:
Airtel’s main suppliers in India and Bangladesh. But some of those suppliers have some trouble some of environment. Most of their suppliers are in Bangladesh but most of their customers are in India.
Competitors:
Their has many competitors in Bangladesh. Such as Robi, Grameen phone, Teletalk, Banglalink etc.They have also competitors in India. Such as Vodafone, Rellince, Uninor etc.
Genaral Environment of Airtel:
Demographics Environment:
Demographics environment mainly consists of characteristics of population like, age, gender, ethic origin, race and social class. These have a lot of impact onto the organization. Airtel has always targeted the entire population unlike virgin mobiles. Airtel has never discriminated between the customers on basis of income level. It has brought out schemes for all generation and income levels of society.
Economic Environment:
Economic factors mainly include growth, interest rate, exchange rate and information rate. These are the factors that mainly have a major impact on the operation of the business and various decisions that are taken. India has a good GDP growth rate of 7% even during economic meltdown...
