These new competitors have modern looking websites that are starting to attract some of Godiva Company’s long time customers. Godiva Company needs to redesign their website with a fresh new look which is designed to be attractive, engaging, informative to ensure existing customers are kept, and new ones are converted.

The redesign should include a way for customers to contact the company and a way to find locations. Key concepts emphasized by client include; superior performance, user friendliness, modern look and feel, and user security. Below is the featured of the website that a client, Godiva company want:

Included a custom-built commerce platform, usability testing, email marketing, product photography, tools for corporate gifting, personalization, social sharing, and digital marketing support beyond the commerce site itself.

Has the creative direction for photography, creating richer chocolate imagery to stimulate user’s appetites as they browse the site’s pages as they can easily pick their selection directly from the store's display case at the navigation button.
