Subject: Decisions regarding recommendations

Dear Sir/Madam,

As communications director at WCH, it is my task to inform you about the decisions taken, regarding the recommendations in the report you wrote. Concerning the internal communications, the communication between the directors and Heads of Department was not good and needed to be improved, we have chosen to have a weekly report from the Head of Department to the Board of Directors. If we hired an extra manager, we should also pay extra wages. The weekly report costs only a couple of extra hours.

The problem between the Head Office and the Sales reps is that the Head office is not getting the information quickly enough from the sales reps. After a few tests with a couple of BlackBerries we have chosen to introduce your recommendation partly. Every sales rep is now sending reports daily, but not with a BlackBerry, but with an iPhone. This device works much better than a BlackBerry.

Concerning the Customer Services Department, we have chosen to follow the recommendation completely. We agree that there is a problem and since this being the only option, we are forced to take this decision.
