Social process theorists stated that criminal is the “function of a person socialization, and the interchangeable citizens are with the group organizations, societies, and institutions” (Siegel, 2005). The most common theory closes to social process is the learning theory. Albert Bandura, one of the various psychologist, created theories of the social learning (Seigel, 2006, p.206). He started to do experiment with animals that they could not experience different activities in their society to learn. He disagrees that a human being, especially a juvenile learns aggressive to answer from others, either face to face or through the societies. He pointed out that many people trusted that aggression will form some theories. These theories have combined into less of tension, gaining happiness, and confidence. Albert has gotten very interesting in juvenile development. If aggression becomes a part of a child’s life at an early age, then he thinks that the child has reframe from being a criminal as an adult. Albert thinks a child can changed as develop as a criminal as a young age. A society experience can be problem for child to learn about his or her criminal behavior. Albert stated “people, who lives in a big population, can have more crimes, then people staying in a small population” (Bandura, 1976: p.207). “Environmental experiences are a second influence of the social learning of violence in children. Albert Bandura reported that individuals that live in high crime rates areas are more likely to act violently than those who dwell in low-crime areas” (Bandura, 1976: p.207). Many people believed that communities are surrounding by religious conflict and social organizations were the biggest issue of criminality (Bartollas, 1990: pp.145).
