* Government type and stability

Kuwait is a constitutional hereditary emirate. It ruled by princes who have been drawn from Al-Sabah’s family since the middle of the 18th century. It independence on June 19, 1961, and the constitution promulgated and approved on November 11, 1962. Crown Prince and the Prime ministers are appointed by the Amir. Furthermore, parliament elections are held every five years. In May 1999 the Amir issued several decrees one of them was dealing with women equal rights, in year 2005 First female ministers was appointed, Masoumah Al Mubarak as Planning Minister, and in 2009 Moudi Al Himoud appointed as Minister of Education.

* Freedom of press

In 1956 first press law was passed, in 1991 the constitution of Kuwait guaranteed freedom of press, but with the limit of the law. The concept of freedom of press is associated with Kuwait. Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)and it is a part of the Ministry of information. Although a foreign media are welcomed in Kuwait, a copy of any media should be submitted to the ministry of information before publishing.

Economic:

* Current and projected economic growth

Kuwait area is small, but wealthy country with open economy policies, natural resources are oil, natural gas and fish. Revenues generated by selling Crude oil. Wise control and investment of oil revenue, budget surplus that has been generated from oil sales and saving has helped to survive the 2008-2009 economy crises. The government pledged to diversify the economy away from oil, to attract more investments, and to encourage the privet sector to be involved more in the economy improvements as well.

* Income distribution

Part of the income would be invested for future generation, other part of revenue would be spend in development and building projects in Kuwait plus paying salaries of the employee in the government sector.
