Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, known as Lady Gaga is one of the most famous singer artists in the world and her songs are at the top list of hits. Moreover, the records` sales are impressive and that can be attributed to her fans that she calls Little Monsters. She is also an actress and songwriter. In addition, Lady Gaga is frequently engaged in philanthropy and political activism. Lady Gaga helped the victims of the earthquake in Haiti; she also helped to raise funds to the victims of the Tsunami in Japan and victims of the hurricane Sandy in United States. In the political way, Gaga is also engaged with the cause of gay marriage and advocate for more flexible rules for immigration. Moreover, Gaga advocates for the prevention of HIV. A partnership with the cosmetic company MAC, Gaga manages to raise more than 202 million dollars for the cause. Consequently, Lady Gaga constant activism and philanthropy makes her be on the holophotes and increase her popularity every day.

Gaga started her career in 2005 and since then she managed to make one success after other. Her inspiration comes from Madonna and David Bowie and she often named as the new Madonna. Lady Gaga`s rapid success happen because of various facts, such as talent, opportunity and luck, but to maintain the success and acquire a large number of fans every day is not a matter of lucky only, but also of a constant management and understanding of the market. For example, Lady Gaga explores the social media to communicate with her fans and that creates a bigger interaction between the artist and the fans, increasing her number of fans even more. The social network used by Lady Gag exists to show to her fans that she is paying attention to their needs and she is always looking out for them. Basically, the success of Lady Gaga network is attributed to her team of fans that is called “Haus of Gaga”....
