Historical Markers in Del Rio Texas

The area I chose to research was Del Rio Texas. This is a particular special area because my ancestors were founders of the first school in this town. There is also a street named Garza after my ancestor, which is also my middle name and mother’s maiden name. It is the only area that I know some of my roots. I also lived in this town with my grandparents from age 5 to 12 so I have very fond memories of this town.
