Marketing Programs

            For our marketing programs for product strategy is to make a unique and innovative design to attract customers. And we will use unique materials that you can only be found in the Philippines. Adding a product line is not that easy because the current customers might resist because of the fact that it was previously a furniture company. To alleviate this downside, we have no choice but to innovate and make sure the products that come out are very trendy and shouts out fashion.

            Since the target market would be teenagers, the pricing strategy will be market penetration when we launched the new product to the market we will be setting the price in a very low price for a bag we can price them P800 to P1,000. Once the product has been accepted, we plan on increasing the price based on the demand of the product

            For our distribution strategy we will put up a store in Pampanga that the students can easily go to with the exception of malls since things inside of malls are generally perceived as expensive. So we decided to set up shop near school areas like Holy Angel and Angeles University. We are planning to sell them online and post it on social networks.  

            Personal selling strategy is an old strategy that can be maintained because it could help promote the new product that is to be launched in the market. The marketing department will be in charged in enforcing the sales representative to do the personal selling for the new product launch.
