2.1 Background of Organisation

Sherlock Holmes Pte Ltd is founded in 2 May 2013 by a Chinese student from DipFM. This organization produces several types of products that enables weightloss. The main target market for this company are Backpackers who liketo explore countries like South Africa(Cape Town) an Europe.

The organization has a flat structure with 20 employees . This structure enables the organization to be much more effective and allowing employees to be creative. Creativeness is the essence to organizational development(References) .

The Organisations Financials are unknown at this moment due to being a newly set-up organization. The amount of capital invested into the organization is $100,000.

The Mission is “Run as You Can” meaning make money while not telling the truth.

2.0 SWOT Analysis
