I saw a part of me in Mike when he was dissatisfied at Brunei. It gave me a thought that my dissatisfaction could be a satisfaction to someone else and he actually considered that something that he needs to do. Distance did not stop him from pursuing his plans. And it was actually wise though not too bold of him not to give up his lucrative job during start-up and it actually shows that he is not taking risk for granted and that is one important thing that I have to consider.
