Activity Analysis of 3-Day Exercise
I have been recording all of my physical activities for the last three days. As I went through a review over my study of my physical activities, I came to grasp the fact that I hadn't burnt as much calories as I should have. Yet I have lost weight since last winter through being active 5 days out of the week and being careful about what I eat. My family has a habit of having huge meals, rich with large amounts of fat and calories. I have not been vigorous to top it off. Since then my habits have changed for the better.
Present Exercise Habits
I am in the habit of enjoying working out. Every week I visit the gym five times. I am also in the habit of taking 24 hours off if possible after my weight training. After I have entered the gym, I get myself warmed up and do some bendable exercises. I let my main muscle groups to be stretched and I spend at least 10-30 seconds in each pose. After that I proceed on with my exercises to strengthen. The bicep curl, lunges, squat, triceps squash, and push-ups machines are used in my strengthening exercises. I am used to doing these exercises at least 2-3 days every week. Usually I will do 8 to 10 exercises along with 1 set of 8 to 12 reps. After this, I usually go on with short to long runs to get my cardio in. I do these exercises at least five days a week. I am also used to spending 30 to 60 minutes in these exercises. Actually the duration depends on the fact whether on the same event I do my strengthening or not. I am also in the habit of switching my aerobic exercises every day. One day I may spend my time running while another day I will do cycling or some other cardio. On some other day, I may do the stair stepping.
