Introduction

This paper will be focusing on the Willey Family Day Care and its services. In this paper there will be a creation of the domestic and global product branding strategy. Afterwards, we will determine and detail the optimum pricing strategy for the Day Care. Then the paper will explain how the pricing strategy will support the branding strategy. Afterwards, there will be a preparation of the distribution channel analysis identifying the wholesaler, distributor, and retailer relationships (include any e-Commerce as well). The paper will discuss whether a push or pull strategy will be used, justify your rationale. Finally, there will be a discussion on how the distribution strategy fits the product / service, target market, and overall marketing strategy for the company.

First we will discuss the product type that will be offer by the company and identify its primary characteristics. According to Iacobucci, D, 2012, a product could be either a good or service. A good is easily recognized and include a vast amount of items like an electronic equipment or clothing. A service is less easily identified; however consumers often use one or more services on a daily basic whether they realize it or not (Iacobucci, D 2012). At times the product is a combination both of a good and a service. Types of product can typically be distinguished from each other based upon whether they are classified as convenience, shopping, or specialty. The product type that is being discussed here is the Child Care Program. Under the Child Care Program they are characterize by the type of care that they provide and size. Below is a list of the types that are available:b
