Executive Summary

Dope Kicks is a leading manufacturer in the footwear industry globally servicing regions of North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe-Africa. Currently, we have manufacturing plants in North America that service both North America and Latin America, while our Asia-Pacific plant services the Asia-Pacific and Europe-Africa regions. Dope Kicks takes tremendous pride in our footwear by providing a high-quality shoe at a reasonable price. Our Senior Project managers ensure that price, quantity available, and quality are of importance, while promoting our product for optimal image rating, appeal, and retail support.

In year 11, Dope Kicks generated net sales revenues of $282,381,000, which led the industry. After all expenses including a cost of pairs sold sum of $154,398,000 and a marketing expense sum of $38,711,000, to name a couple, Dope Kicks produced a net profit of $38,384,000, making the company the most profitable in the industry. To achieve such results, Dope Kicks took an initial strategy of creating an above-average quality shoe for a reasonable price that either met or beat competitor’s pricing in the branded production segment of the North American region. Dope Kicks achieved the multitude of success by focusing on spending money in areas that produced the best shoe. The company spent $50,000 per model of the 50 models available to ensure supreme uniqueness and differentiation among the industry.
