Leadership Training Day Video Essay

In the Leadership Training Day Video it teaches lesson on believing within yourself, the gift that most identifies yourself, discovering and sharing the gifts in which you possess, and finally expanding the gifts in which helps you explore the different options available to you. Some people are born to be leaders: they are ambitious, knowledgeable, driven to learn something new and, most importantly, know how to set goals and guide people to meet those goals.

There were three keynotes speakers that presented, which were Gray Tuerack, Alan Dershowitz, and Jack Canfield. Each of them was able to provide me with valuable information to analyze myself a little deeper than how I have and to examine if I believe if I’m a great leader. Mr. Tuerack spoke about expectations. He explains how some people are in position where they do not want to be in. He gives an example by stating how Mondays mornings between the time from 7-8am is when the most accident occurs. As for Mr. Dershowitz, he caught my attention by talking about deadbeats regrets. Last but not least, Mr. Canfield spoke about taking actions for what we want and never giving up on our dreams. He started out by presenting a book and asking who wanted it and only three people got up, but one person received the book. And he encourages us to go out and get what you want in life because it doesn’t come to you. All speaks concluded by what actions are being taking in order to do what is that you believe and love to do.

To conclude this Leadership Training Day Video has brighten my horizon to understand the things that I believe within myself, the gift that most identifies myself, discovering and sharing the gifts in which I possess, and finally expanding the gifts, which is necessary to live my life’s purpose.
