Organization behavior in criminal justice agencies is where employees and their supervisors interact among themselves, with both negative and positive attitudes. With Organization behavior, it is a study of social conduct as it relates to the confines of a certain group. According to Duan, Chen, Lam & Zhong, 2010; organization behavior is a study of how an individual or group interacts with one another and the dynamics of personal relationships that evolve from that contact. There are also more studies that are describe by Schermerhorn, Horn & Osborn, 2008 with further use of understanding organization behavior that exist in criminal justice agencies.

The social and political are the two influences that have change organization behavior, like I stated earlier the interact of employees and their supervisors. Some individuals have different outlooks on what’s going on in within the criminal justice agencies, also there political behavior in the agencies as well.

Organization behavior is defined as the study and application of knowledge about how individuals act in an organization. Clar, 1998, states; the purpose to build a better relationship is by achieving human objectives, organization objectives and social objectives.

According to Neilson, 1984; organization development is the attempt to influence members of an organization and to expand their candidness with each other about their views of the organization and their experience in it and to take responsibilities of their own actions as an organization member. The assumption behind OD is when individuals are pursued by both objectives simultaneously, which they are more likely to find new ways of working together.
