Executive Summary
This is a proposal for the recommendation of a trustworthy company looking to hire an administrative manager for the human resources department. The human resources department plays a critical role in the hiring process. In addition, the recruitment method is also a crucial process that is a key element to the company’s and employee’s success. This plan was developed to provide a proper, solid job analysis for the administration manager position. This plan also covers the selection process, training, orientation, and available benefit packages.
Introduction
Because of the current economic crisis, the company has had a large increase in highly qualified applicants. We have also had an extremely large increase in applicants over the last couple of months, again because of, the economic crisis at hand, which increases the process of hiring qualified applicants. Selection tools and training tools are very important to implement to ensure the hiring of the right qualified person for the job. Do to the high amount of applicants; the implementation of, “these tools will allow the company to hire the best qualified person for the position” (Bohlander & Snell, S.A., 2007). This will also help us streamline the hiring process.
Job Analysis
Daily operation of the company’s administration is the sole responsibility of the administrative manager.
