Kudler Fine Foods was established in 1998 by Kathy Kudler. Kathy decision to open Kudler Fine Foods is based on providing food lovers, such as herself, with the best quality of foodstuff. Since the opening for the first store in La Jolla, Kathy has successful opened two additional stores. A total of three stores - La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas; technology has become an essential part of the operational side of business. First a brief discussion into Kudler fine foods key business including the accounting needs makes it possible to understand the role technology has on improving, developing and efficiently supporting Kudler fine foods daily operations and satisfy their customers. Being aware of the strengths and weakness of the current computer system provide guidance on ways to improve the current computer system. A briefly discuss on some technology opportunities, and ways to maximize those opportunities to facilitate Kudler fine food business and accounting needs.
