PROPOSE TITLE: “CHIKUZAI POINT OF SALES WITH PRINTER”

SUMMARY

The proposed software system called Chikuzai point of sale with printer technology requires a device. The proposed system is a Microsoft Visual Basic. This system enables business owners a convenient way of checking out costumer and of recording sales. It can keep a record of the store inventory, updating it when an order is processed. This system is a restaurant based process where in, the user will take the order of the costumer in front of their table. It can also print out receipts directly in front of the costumer with the privilege to double check their order before printing out their receipts.

Project Background

Chikuzai is still using the traditional way of recording their transactions. They manually count the items and record it to their ledge which is more time consuming than the computerized system. Information technology brings a tremendous new technology to change industry into more efficient in the business in automated based Chikuzai point of sale with printer technology, you can turn your business into a new level. POS records all the transaction occur in your store and automatically deduct it to your inventory through this process you’ll come up with a great decision in your business and staff will be able to take orders using a device that prints out a printed receipt.

Current state of Technology

Now, Chikuzai use the traditional manually counting of their orders. We want for them to be computerized the recording and counting for orders. We also want for them to simplify their daily activity. To lessen the time they consume. For example, if their closing time is 8 in the evening the computer will automatically count the inventory. And print it out through the printer for their daily record to be passed on their manager.
